Identity Theft Week Resources

boat.columbusHappy Columbus Day!

First a reminder: all of our branches are closed to observe the holiday today. But we look forward to seeing you through the rest of this week.

During October, the blog is going to present financial education material that will hopefully answer some of your questions. Last week we discussed some concepts surrounding the idea of credit.

This week, we’re going to talk about identity theft.

Below are a few great resources that are also available.

The FDIC has some great resources available for consumer concerned about their identity being stolen.

The Federal Trade Commission has resources available on their website as well.

The FTC also has a microsite with additional resources if your identity is stolen or is at risk.
